Job Description

- Provide with professional advice and guidance.
- Negotiate settlements with Legal customers.
- Represent Organization in MOSAL, Experts Department and Execution Department.
- Follow Legal cases verdicts with the Law firms’ offices
- Writing Memos to the Law firms offices
- Collecting Money from the courts
- Follow up legal customers and minimize the legal portfolio
- Preparing files and following them up with the Head of the Legal Division.
- Writing Contracts
- Keeping up to date with changes in the law
- Analyze the probable outcomes of cases, using knowledge of legal precedents.
- Gather evidence to formulate defense or to initiate legal actions
- Prepare legal briefs and opinions, and file appeals
- Any other duties assigned by Management / DM per business needs.
