- Coordinating maintenance activities such as ordering supplies or arranging for contractors to complete repairs
- Reviewing lease agreements to ensure that they are legally sound and compliant with state laws
- Reviewing financial statements to determine whether or not the company is able to pay for the new equipment
- Establishing relationships with vendors to ensure that the company has access to the best possible prices on equipment or services
- Identifying financing options for customers who are interested in leasing equipment
- Coordinating the delivery of new equipment to customers
- Monitoring equipment performance to ensure that it is being used properly
- Preparing reports that detail the status of equipment leases and payments made by customers
- Arranging for insurance coverage to protect the company against damage to or loss of equipment
