Design and fine-tune a tailored toolkit for tendering that fits the needs of the targeted market segment and key accounts.
- Develop informative and balance d contractual agreements that fit the needs of the market and secure the interests of the business.
- Supervise team activities in contracts revision, tender documentation, technical assessment of needs, specifications assessment and BOQ for every project.
- Coordinate with the different functions in order to set the optimum pricing based on solid market assessment and capabilities evaluation.
- Secure long-term agreements with partners and outsourced services in collaboration with the supply chain team, to provide maximum flexibility in pricing and tendering.
- Reviewing and approving comprehensive projects tendering documentation.
- Prepare and effectively manage department budget.
- Prepare technical & Commercial Proposals for key accounts.
- Provide sound advice for business development team to support in proposal negotiation.
- Develop intelligent technology-based solutions in the form of business and technology applications, that can cater for key accounts and clients needs and form a differential unique selling element compared to competitors in the market.
- Design and manage the realization of such intelligent applications/ tools, from ideation to full implementation, including pricing, maintenance and long-term service support, as well as integration with other tools and solutions
