Our client is hiring a team oriented and customer service focused Inside Sales Manager to join their Mississauga team! Our client is an Independent Canadian lessor offering leases on small ticket technology and equipment.

This role is supporting their dealer partners with lease requests and administration of current contracts, along with the non-leasing administration of the branch.

Primary Daily Tasks
  • Checking bank account / reconciling payments
  • Scanning and filing documents
  • Following up with Lessees who have missed payments (collections)
  • Customer service inquiry calls / email (contract administration)

Salary:
$43,000 - $45,000 / year (Base Salary)
$50,000 - $52,000 (Average with scorecard bonus)

Bonus Structure:
0-35% Balanced Scorecard Bonus paid on basis of performance against volume and other targets.
Additional Profit Margin Bonus scheme.

Hours of Work:
8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday (40 hours per week).

Responsibilities

Bid Management and Administration
  • Processing lease transactions using credit scoring and other software, interacting with dealer and leasing customer as appropriate to close the transaction within a market leading turnaround cycle time.
  • Efficiently performing the follow-up administration and paperwork for completed lease transactions.
  • Actively participating in growing the business, flexibly handling ad-hoc tasks and special projects as they arise.
  • Completing company sponsored training to understand the sector better, along with financial tools used and sales skills.
Inside Sales
  • Marketing of the dealer base through telephone contact including making initial contact with potential customers, explaining the company and its products, and obtaining appointments for the Sales Executives.
  • Managing and delivering direct mail and telephone marketing campaigns.
  • Handing inquiries from customers and end-users in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Flexibility to perform ad hob tasks and special projects that maximize branch and Sales Executive efficiency.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 years of customer service, telephone sales or account management experience.
  • IT literate.
  • Numerate, willing/eager to learn basic knowledge of financial analysis and credit.
  • Team oriented.
  • Flexible and willing to learn product and sector.
  • Motivated by team bonus structure.
  • Sector and financial product experience is not necessary as training provided.
