Job Description

Req ID : 1433730

Coordinating & Sending emails to request quizzes schedules from all Program Heads.

Maintain any needed approvals for all requests directed by head of program.

Keep updated records of all program activities and update it on the system on daily basis.

Managing all program purchasing requests and coordinate with purchasing Department.

Receiving answered exam sheets of quizzes, final exams or re-sit exams.

Cooperating in Control Room duties according to the workload & distributed duties.

Providing the model answer+ student s answer sheet in case of exam audit.

Performing any other job-related duties as directed by HOP/ HOD.

Maintaining security and integrity at all practices.

Receives & Direct all E-mails and monitor the department correspondences.

Handling and coordination with the training sites.

Receive program students and take their requests.

Contact external entities for different collaboration opportunities with the program.

Communicate and coordinate with different departments and units at the college.



Requirements


Education:

Holder of bachelor s degree in Business/ Health Administration from a reputable University.

Certified training in the specialization is an added value.

Skills:

Experience handling administrative duties efficiently and effectively

Effective oral and written communication skills

Commitment to working with and encouraging diversity

Effective interpersonal skills

Effective organization and administrative skills

Excellent trouble shooting and problem-solving abilities.

Languages & Computer Knowledge:

Proficiency in both English and Arabic preferred.

Knowledge of ERP Systems & Microsoft Office.
