Job Description

This is a remote position.

An amazing opportunity to work with a national interpreter service exists for an Admin Support team member. Our client offers a National Interpreter service to Government and private organisations to help them serve their customers. Using start-of-the-art cloud technology, our client maintains a high customer service standard and is looking to hire an admin support team member to support the rapid growth.

Reporting to the Operations Manager and working with direction from the team you will be a self-starting, highly organised and experienced Admin Support team member. Experience working within the contact centre industry is a requirement.



Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls from clients and customers requiring to be connected to a live interpreter
  • Maintain required customer service standards
  • Provide an acceptable solution to the caller


REQUIREMENTS:
  • Must be able to work night shifts on a rotational basis
  • Training will be for 1 to 2 months during the day and then you will shift to night shifts



Requirements


  • Preferred tertiary qualification in an appropriate discipline
  • Experience working in the contact centre industry with Australian clients
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strategic thinking
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to deal with pressure in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent attention to detail


Benefits

1. Monthly Salary: Php 35,000

2. Salary will be paid on a bi-monthly basis on the 1st and 16th of each month

3. You will be paid extra for overtime and Philippines public holidays

4. Probation: 6 months and after Probation

ü 10 days annual leave credits

ü 5 days of sick leave

5. 13th Month Pay

6. Laptop provided after 30 days

7. Permanent work-from-home role. You will have to use your own internet.

8. Rotating shift of 9 hours starting at 5pm to 9am. They will work 5 days between Monday and Sunday
