- The required candidate is a certified gas tester and has proven experience as a Permit to Work Coordinator in an oil and gas refinery setting.
- He has a Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent and has extensive experience in SIMOPS.
- Pre-commissioning experience is an advantage but not required.
- Proficiency in English both written and verbal is desirable.
