Job Description
- The goal is to support the Strategy & Transformation and the IT Portfolio in planning and reporting the System cluster to the Steering Committee.
- Support System Cluster lead in reporting preparation (System cluster contribution to Watch report + Outward validation + Bi weekly Steerco
- Assist in defining and implement system cluster
- Continuously improve the IT governance and planning capability
- Identify dependencies between IT and business initiatives
- Define business value for all projects under the system cluster & define benefits (smart KPIs)
- Build trusted and effective relationships across 5 IT programs to ensure adherence to project plan, delivery on time, budget and benefits
