- To maintain the discipline and abide by the rules and regulations of the university
- To conduct various workshops, classes, demonstrations, sessions, field trips for effective learning
- To evaluate, assess and provide an appropriate feedback. To motivate the students to take up independent learning and self-development. It is equally important that the assistant professor in business administration seeks feedback from the students as well to make sure that he is on the right track and make the necessary changes if applicable
- To participate in the developmental programs to improve the researching and supervising skills. He may also need to attend the meetings, conferences and developmental and training programs.
- To create a congenial atmosphere that will inspire the students to learn and develop new technologies. He can also advice them on their academic and career decisions
- To perform the assigned administrative duties. To assist the professor in developing and preparing the curriculum
