Job Description

• Work closely with content team to ensure quality of web content.
• Content checking and upload, run a quality check to ensure all details are accurate.
• Reporting any issues and any possible improvements

Job Requirements

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, with strong word processing and desktop publishing skills.
• Excellent technical writing skills and ability to peer review technical documents for grammar, content and style
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and detail oriented/accurate record keeping skills
• Organized with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Customer-focused, highly collaborative, able to excel in a cross functional environment.
• Previous Quality experience strongly preferred.
