Job Description
1.Performs directed tasks in the repair, maintenance and service of all equipment, pumps, compressors, sterilizers and associated hospital equipment related to mechanic equipment and systems workshop
2.Inspects repairs, maintains and overhauls all equipment within the Hospital Laundry and Kitchen area and pumps and compressors throughout the Hospital system.
3.Inspects repairs, maintains and overhauls all equipment related to sterilization field that is found in CSSD, Operating Rooms and other critical areas.
4.Inspects repairs, maintains and overhauls all power tools used to perform maintenance work and all other associated equipment such as wheelchairs, stretchers, chairs, tables, cots and other related metal items.
5.Gudes and trains lower graded personnel.
