- Performs site inspections to identify enhancement and renovation projects, provide facility audit and inspect quality of vendors vs performed service / project work.
- Supports business continuity by proactive planning for and responding to calamities or localized emergencies.
- Facilitate the flow of work between operations, support and Project managements teams through proactive involvement with acquisitions, remolding of systems, makes specification recommendations based on empirical data, analyzes trends and life cycle cost of equipment and materials to support changes and enhancement.
- Ensure application of annual maintenance contracts AMC agreements and is responsible for approving the AMC contracts before the station can renew with the same or new service provider.
- Mange KPIs and SLA of service provider (s)
- Lead the implementation and effective use of CAFM (if applicable)
- Leads energy conservation on site
- Strive for continuous improvement for processes.
