- Conduct onsite review, revalidation and optimization of draft PSM documentations (Policy, Standards, & Guides in accordance to OSHA 1910.119 and relevant industry programs such as API RP 750, CCPS’s RBPS, etc. Identify and develop any additional PSM documentations as required to facilitate implementation based on opted PSM framework.
- Coach and Consult PSM element owners, PSM Core Committee and develop Individual PSM element workflow diagram and incorporate the same in relevant PSM documentations.
- Coach and Consult PSM element owners, PSM Core Committee and develop RASCI (Responsible, Accountable, Supports, Consulted, Informed) Chart for each PSM element and incorporate the same in relevant PSM documentations.
