Job Description

- Working hours: Is expected to be on duty during normally accepted working hours and whenever his presence is required. (Overtime will be compensated)
- To sell our guest rooms, and conference and banqueting facilities and restaurants to the highest possible occupancy at the maximum achievable rate.
- To sell and promote all hotel restaurants to assist in achievement of the revenue goals set by the hotel management
- To up sell to every guest at every sales opportunity the products of MORYD
- Sell restaurant promotions to all guests
- Ensure that personal product knowledge is maintained to the highest level so that the guest receives a professional, competent and consistent service.
- Maintains the minimum operating standards and the Rosewood standards.
