- As a Management Trainee you will fulfil duties and responsibilities such as: • Actively seek for learning opportunities and assignments, consistent with the Development Plan • Take full advantage of the mentoring, feedback, training and assignment opportunities provided • Develop and expand upon a network of contacts within the property and the company • Maintain effective communication with the Department Head, Mentor and Corporate Vice President • Complete assigned projects in due time • Provide on a timely basis all the necessary reports
