Job Description

- Perform daily checks of crop and crop systems to ensure yield and crop quality, including the climate, irrigation/software, lights and of course our plants in the farm
- Develop, review, and maintain standard operating procedures for horticulture processes
- Be responsible for continuous crop improvement by identifying priority areas and tailoring tests/trials to improve the yield
- Be accountable for the adherence and development of process procedures, logs, and documentation
- Inventory, purchase, and order supplies for horticulture specific processes
- Lab sample shipment and analysis
- Shelf life and quality monitoring of the harvested produce
- Connect and work closely with your horticulture colleagues in all our farms around the world
