Job Description
- Lead all production operations and output measures (i.e., OEE, yield loss, product quality, on time delivery, , transactional accuracy)
- Anticipate and correct trends which may compromise the achievement of daily production targets.
- Lead production improvements necessary to deliver the site annual operating plan.
- Ensure cost performance gaps are identified, and action plans are developed, and resources are properly allocated.
- Lead people’s learning and development trends and create a future workforce which is more adept to digital technologies
- Inculcate lean behavior and methodologies across the entire production value chain
- Optimize production to ensure the facility maintains a leadership position in the industry and is abreast of the latest manufacturing trends
- Build and maintain proper staffing level, employee performance evaluations, employee discipline and employee commendation
- Effective Utilization of manpower and equipment to meet production goals , on schedule and within budget.
- Streamline the production process from production data analysis to delivery of periodic production reports
- Manage and evaluate entire production process
- Contribute to production planning and budgeting
- Lead and monitor quality assessments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain a safe production environment
- Coordinate with key internal and external production stakeholders
