Job Description
- Guide the Cooks and Commis and in the performance of their jobs in accordance to policies and procedures.
- Responsible for the Kitchen’s operation in the absence of the Sous Chef.
- Implement all the food policies and procedures in the Kitchen.
- Following directions provided by the head chef.
- Collaborating with the rest of the culinary team to ensure high-quality food and service.
- Keeping your area of the kitchen safe and sanitary.
- Stocktaking and ordering supplies for your station.
- Assisting in other areas of the kitchen when required.
