Job Description
- Take grilled food orders from waiters.
- Slicing, cutting, shredding, tenderizing, and skewering meat and vegetables.
- Manage portions of grilled food items and garnish them.
- Regulate temperature of broilers, grills, and roasters.
- Maintain proper storage and inventory of Grill section needs, ingredients, stocks as needed and report any issue to management.
