Job Description
- Handling & reviewing Suppliers Invoices.
- Keeping track of all payments, invoices.
- Paying vendors by scheduling pay checks and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit.
- generally responding to all vendor inquiries regarding finance
- Continuing to improve the payment process
- Have a good knowledge for ERP System.
- Following Purchase orders delivery status.
Job Requirements
- Minimum certificate or diploma in procurement, or equivalent qualification.
- 2-5 Years Experience " Information Technology Industry " is a must.
- Good understanding of procurement requirements relating to operational activities.
- Strong budget and financial analysis skills.
- Excellent time management skills and able to work to strict deadlines. High level of self-motivation and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Fluent in English.
