- Regularly Checking & monitoring PR, HR, Agencies department email
- Monitoring expiration of all CR & Licenses and preparing the documents for renewal application
- Keeping updated copies of all Licenses
- Filling out Forms if needed for Licenses/Certificate / Permit applications
- Coordinating with other departments
- Email correspondence with clients
- Any task requested by Agencies Manager
- Operational Tasks
