- Overall / Operational responsibility to provide ongoing support for the developed software systems. Resolve software complaints from users.
- Overall / Operational responsibility to maintain procedures for data security.
- Overall / Operational responsibility to protect data / programs on server from unauthorized modifications by controlling users Server access and file access rights.
- Overall / Operational responsibility to maintain, validate & update program library and file library.
- Overall / Operational responsibility to maintain & updating software system versioning.
- Overall / Operational responsibility for training to personnel/departments for the ERP related software’s etc.
- Overall / Operational responsibility to maintain & updating documentation, filling records, reports, logs and correspondence.
- Overall / Operational responsibility to provide technical & system (Software Developing / Database) support to the senior & software developer/programmer as and when required.
