We are currently on the hunt for an enthusiastic and passionate HR Managerin driving people strategy at Excis Compliance Ltd in Egypt. You will be very proactive, results driven, and have a very keen eye for detail. This role will be responsible for coordinating People activity across the sites and act as the first point of contact for the Operations Team, HR Director and General Manager. You will have strong exposure to talent acquisition and on-boarding to support our Managers across several locations in recruitment. You will be required to monitor legislation, deliver HR reports, as well as supporting Payroll and HR system maintenance. Drive and manage the day-to-day HR operations across several locations. Effectively support in the training and development of all employees. Oversee Employee Relations, including; Disciplinary, Grievance, Mediation, Performance and Absence Management Maintenance of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and support in all areas of recruitment HR Reporting, analytics and HR payroll support Support in the People Strategy of the business including Employee & Engagement, L&D and Leadership training Management of People Resources platform to ensure all training guides, toolkits and HR documentation is kept up to date.
Requirements
- Experience in an HR manager role where you have gained experience, confidence and know-how in dealing with all types of employee relations, including TUPE/ ARD, within professional services is essential
- Excellent communication skills, dealing with all levels of seniority
- Confident and comfortable building relationships based on trust, friendliness and sound advice
- Sense of humour and strong team work ethic
- Excellent attention to detail, numerate and strong knowledge of excel
- Commercially minded, with a desire to learn and bring new ideas
- Up to date employment law knowledge that can be applied to updating policies, employment contracts and client contracts
- Affinity with numbers, data and creating ways to provide greater insight and more proactive HR support
- An interest in Compensation and Benefits would be beneficial
- Experience in managing or mentoring junior HR team members
- Partnership experience would be advantageous
