- Review the Set-Up form of Limits (New, renewal & deletion, Extension) &validate processed entries in ICBS.
- Review the Set-Up form of limits (i.e. Money Market & Foreign Currency lines) & validate processed entries in Spectrum.
- Review Set-up/Update of Special Pricing/Management remarks in ICBS.
- Review of Rollover of Foreign Currency Loans & update interest rates in ICBS.
- Validate processed entries of Re-allocation of Limits in systems.
- Preparing required transactions for off loaded loan which involves suspense accounts.
- Review the updated entry related to Economic Sector codes.
- Review the updated entry related to Account officers.
- Validate the updated entries of collateral in the system.
- Preparation of MIS reporting (Report showing the amount of work done per day) all processed transactions are checked and verified.
- Performing other tasks as required.
- Train and guide the clerks to the work procedures.
- Helps maintains and implements a detailed Information System Security Policy.
