Junior Architect

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Work with architects to generatedetailed and accurate drawings from concept stage up to issue for construction package.
• Assists in developing and/or coordinating development of detailed working drawings and specifications after being approved for project that has been obtained.
• Work collaboratively with office design team members to ensure accuracy of design work.
• Finalize drafting projects using 2D sketching & Revit …. elc.
• Coordinate the collection of data and incorporate this information into drawings and schematics.
• Ability to check list completion for the deliverable sheets.
• Ability to Comply with codes / Chick lists.
• Assist team member to overcome any technical problem knowledge to other.
• Assist project senior /s to full fill their obligations in a proper way.

Job Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Architecture.
• Minimum experience 4 -7 years.
• Familiar with building code and zoning
• Drafting & detailing

Other Skills:

• Knowledge of architecture and architectural principles and techniques.
• Knowledge of the methods and techniques of CAD design & Revit.
• Skill in drafting architectural plans.
