Job Description
- Taking charge of the computer with its automatic Night Audit System ad ensuring that balanced daily results are produced by the Night Auditor.
- Verifying the accuracy of data by auditing preliminary reports and by making corrections before totals are finalised.
- Needs to Audit check and balance all the revenue/non revenue settlements generated in Hotel.
- Segregating the day's credit card charge vouchers by company and balance them to the computer totals.
- Ensuring the daily accuracy of outlet reports, folios, all types vouchers and restaurants checks, before sending them to Income Audit department.
- Preparing & flash the daily revenue report& statistical reports to selected department heads.
- Complying all audit records for follow up by the Income Audit department.
- Verification of banquet check withÂevent order, examining all void/altered checks issued.
