- Develop maintenance procedures and insure implementation Carry out inspection of all facilities to identify and resolve issues Implement proper daily and monthly reporting Ensure proper maintenance and functionality for all electrical systems Ensure proper maintenance and functionality for mechanical systems Oversee all repairing activities and planes Oversee all soft service plans and ensure proper implementation Monitor equipment inventory and place orders where necessary Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance and soft serviceswithin his zone Manage relationships with contractors and service providers Ensure safe andhealthy workplace as per company standards
