• Understand the business and its modus operandi
• Participation at conceptual stages of the project until commissioning/handing over
• Create project flow sheets identifying major milestones such as, project start and completion dates, procurement of raw materials, issue subcontracts for manufacturing, invoicing and subcontract payments, internal and 3rd party inspections and delivery targets.
