Responsibilities:
An Orders Fulfillment virtual assistant is responsible for ensuring a high quality fulfillment process for dropship vendors. They act as the point of contact between customer service and the vendors to ensure a good fulfillment experience. They also work on communicating any errors or issues that might affect fulfillment to other departments such as sku issues or system errors. They manage and upkeep vendor compliance as well as communicating on hold vendor issues and vendor cancellations.
Qualifications:
-Excellent command of written and spoken English
-Grads only
-Medium to advanced skills in Excel & Google Sheets
-Great Communication skills
-Multitasker
-Fast learner and ability to adapt to new processes

-Fast touch typer
-Researching and Investigation skills and ability to develop processes
