Job Description

- Check that products needed for his service station are on hand according to set par level and perform the order of the products from the internal store
- Receive food orders and prepare requested meat items and their display as per the outlined recipes, the HACCP standards, the portion control practices, and the items’ presentation guidelines
- Cut trim, bone, grind, portion, weigh meat and ingredients, and mixes them according to requirements
- Identify and label types of cut and indicate date and storing conditions
- Ensure sanitation of work station at all times during the shift by cleaning the fridge, shelves and counter, sharpening knives and cleaning utensils upon end of shift
- Assist and help customers as per the sequence of service set by the company and SOP's
