  • To act as first line of support for new hires, responsible for all aspects of the onboarding process. Key Accountabilities:Maintain effective communication for all new hires in KSA and relevant stakeholders. Work closely with Govt Relations to ensure all joining formalities are completed in compliance with local legal/ Labour requirements and Al-Futtaim policies. Co-ordinate all joining formalities to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires and their line managers. Feedback on the onboarding process, making suggestions on how it can be improved. Support with the delivery of corporate inductions for new hires in KSA that provides comprehensive information of Al-Futtaim structure, policies and procedures. About You: Education: Graduate in Business Administration or related disciplines.
