Job Description

- Support store replenishment by preparing stock order from warehouse and maintaining accurate stock level records.
- Complete daily floor walks in the store to understand each department’s stock requirements.
- Immediately report products with manufacturing defect to the buying, planning and operations teams.
- Liaise with buying regarding returns from customers due to quality issues and follow up with inventory control team to adjust stock against approved credit note.
- Follow up with local vendors regarding replacement and repair for customers.
- Responsible for ordering packing materials including bubble wrap, shrink wrap etc.
