Backend Team Leader

Job Description

• Ensure that all project are delivered on time, within the determined scope and budget
• Set projects goals, objectives and scopes, and involves all the related stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility
• Check resource availability and allocations
• Develop a detailed project plan and track its progress
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage needed changes within the project scope, schedule and cost
• Measure project performance by using assigned systems, tools or techniques
• Report and escalate core issue to management if needed
• Perform a risk management plan to minimize threat rates
• Create a comprehensive project documentation
• Check the team's objectives plan progress and monitor the set budget
• Manage Scrum in product-related sprints

Job Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in developing NET application using ASP.NET, C#, and MVC
• Bachelor's degree holder
• Very strong knowledge of the OOP concepts
• Experience with SQL server and database design
• Experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, XML and Ajax
• Experience with design patters
• Proven experience in Angular, MongoDB, Cassandra DB
• Previous experience with source control and GitHub
• Very goof command of English language
