Job Description
- Job duties and responsibilities
- Review all types of payments for company accounts
- Review the entries of all checks issued (suppliers - treasury financing - general expenses) on the accounts program
- Reviewing lessor adjustment entries
- Preparing the income statement and the financial position of the company
- Dealing with audit offices and external parties
- Preparing the monthly adjustments and closing entries for the income statement
- Doing monthly and quarterly tax returns (discount tax - value added tax)
- Keeping legal books and documents (general journal)
- Reviewing the warehouse bills of the suppliers of the term and the safety merchandise and matching them with the supplier’s invoice
- Reviewing the necessary adjustments to supplier invoices from discount taxes, contract discounts and other revenues
