Job Description
- Participate in branch visits to oversee all needed maintenance and renovation.
- Oversee and mentor staff on maintenance tasks
- Manage budget and purchase equipment/materials
- Verifying and checking of invoices and claims from suppliers, vendors and subcontractors
- Monitor and assist external engineers with project objectives, budgets, and timelines
- Ensure that all branches is in safe and secured
Job Requirements
- Proven working experience in architectural engineering
- Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD
- Bachelor of architecture
