Job Description
- Accountable for the brand strategy & ensuring a clearly differentiated brand positioning and look & feel. Must ensure delivery of our brand promise across external channels as well as internal channels.
- Working closely with both marketing & sales teams and will also managing brand and communications agencies to achieve this.
- Responsible for member care area, and to manage a team of experts to drive best in class requirements across our self-care channels.
