We are looking for a Real Estate Assistant to join our team. You will be answering queries, booking
appointments, and following up on potential leads. In addition to this, you will be assisting Real Estate Agents at open houses and showings.
You will be responsible for maintaining a database of clients and updating it on a regular basis. Besides,
you should be able to get the necessary property details and update property listings. Apart from this, you should also maintain property files and be in the know-how of the closing processes.
- Addressing client queries and scheduling appointments
- Making follow-up calls
- Assisting in preparing real estate documents and forms
- Preparing, posting, and updating property listings
- Maintaining and managing a database of clients
- Assisting with negotiations and closing processes
- Handling online and offline property listings and advertisements
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
Requirements:
fresh graduate to 2year experience.
