Sound knowledge of ArcGIS RESTFUL APIs.

Developing GIS applications with good experience in Esri products, AutoCAD, MicroStation, SQL Server, Oracle, Visual Basic, C#, JAVA, ASP, ASPX.Net, ADO .NET, object-oriented programming development tools & case tool utilities.
.
Expert in Web-applications & Web-services Development using various programming tools including VS.NET, ADO, JS Scripting, JQuery, JSON, VB script, Java, HTML and Python.
.
Sound knowledge in PC, Mainframe, Servers, LAN, WAN, Virtualization, Internet and Intranet environment. Familiar with Microsoft and Unix OS.
.
English and Arabic fluency is a must.
