Job Description
Req ID : 1167179
- Responsible for substation, Power distribution & Utilities Maintenance
- Responsible for functioning & Maintenance of Induction Furnaces
- Focus on reduction of Power Consumption & maintain efficient Power factor
- Spares & Inventory Management
- ensure zero breakdown
- To trouble shoot problem & ensure minimal downtime
- Exposure of Vertical Moulding Line & Horizontal High Pressure Molding line
- Renewable Energies i.e. Solar, Wind is required.
- Induction Furnaces, Cooling systems & Heat Treatment Furnaces
- Sand Plant & Bucket Elevators
- EOT Cranes & Utilities
- Conveying systems
- Management Practices (i.e. TPM / Six sigma / Kaizen / 5S)
- Sound Analytical skill to drive why-why analysis
- SAP
