Job Description

- Maintaining normal operation of all facility related mechanical equipment systems
- Preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs and calibration including, but not limited to, HVAC, centrifugal and reciprocating chillers, water distribution systems
- Following current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) and good business practices (G)
- Design high availability data warehouse, operate and maintain database architectures and other software related to database administration
- Plan and document backup and recovery procedures and ensure automated procedures, storage, and archiving are functioning correctly
- Conduct periodic review of existing database design patterns in partnership with Enterprise Database Engineer (e.g., cluster configuration, storage layouts, database replication, partitioning, snapshotting, ) and update them to ensure alignment with current requirements Russell's overall strategic direction for database services
- Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA) may be required for some projects
- To develop and deliver Preventive Maintenance programs
- To install, maintain, and troubleshoot all site systems including power distribution, automated material handling equipment, conveyance, packaging machines, labeling machines, HVAC and all other operational equipment
- Preferably with experience working on PLC's and PLC programs, ability to troubleshoot ladder logic, components (CPU back plains, I/O boards, counters, modules, and devices) and communications modules (Ethernet)
