- Dedicated Logistics Manager required to coordinate and supervise all logistics activities to support Deloitte teams servicing our client.
- Scheduling and coordinating transportation for Deloitte employees.
- Booking and arranging accommodation for Deloitte employees staying in and around the Client site within 24 hours of request.
- Coordinating with the management team of the serviced apartments and local hotels to ensure services are acceptable and up to date scheduling of apartment utilization.
- Ensuring all charges for drivers and accommodation are allocated to project codes.
- Produce a weekly summary report setting out accommodation and transport usage with key metrics.
- Liaising with the finance teams to validate services and support the invoicing and payment processes.
- Ensuring the fleet of cars and drivers are meeting safety requirements.
