Job Description

- Weld lock plates onto the material with a gas mig welder.
- Initiate emergency shutdown of any fuel movement as directed by local checklist.
- Assist lead mechanics with diagnosis and repair of all units and systems.
- Perform total rebuilds and preventative maintenance on frac pumps both in the field and in house.
- Assign to pump service repair due to experience mechanical pump experience and certifications in mig / tig / stick welding.
- Install copper pipe, poly-pipe or PVC from well head to pressure tank, including a wide range of fittings.
- Perform any necessary repairs and diagnosis (electrical, hydraulics, engine, drivetrain, suspension, etc .).
- Perform preventive/predictive and emergency maintenance procedures on Halliburton and other pumping equipment.
- Replace head pulleys on a conveyor belt.
