- 10+ years of experience within the information technology industry in which 5 years in managerial responsibilities.
- Work experience in multiple IT disciplines including demonstrated expertise in one or more IT infrastructure disciplines (networking, servers, cloud, security)
- Mastery of solution architecting TOGAF framework.
- Experience in change management and regulatory compliance requirements
- Experience with managing a business from an IT perspective, handle and support all IT activities (e.g. datacenter operations, server administration, IT security, networks, applications, ERP, service management and integration, email, information assurance, DR, telecommunications) while actively engaging, as part of the Leadership Team, in business activities (e.g. purchasing, budgeting, new business capture, financial management)
- Ability to interact with multiple levels of employees effectively – (e.g. customer, Raytheon, teammates, and suppliers).
