Job Description
- Support the full implementation of the project EH&S Plan, Security Plan and Emergency Response Plan by assisting with training
- Actively promote the development of a ‘Total Safety Culture’ and provide support during the implementation of all related (leadership) activities
- Act as a coach, both for EH&S team members and for Contractors
- Support the implementation of the GHE EH&S Plan
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis to Identifying training gaps
- Develop a Training Matrix for the Project that captures all EH&S, Construction and Commissioning requirements
- Develop and continuously improve AIR PRODUCTS EH&S training programs
- Facilitate AIR PRODUCTS EH&S trainings and induction programs incl. practical trainings, assessments, demonstrations and exercises
- Develop a robust competence assurance progam that ensures personnel working in various construction and commissioning roles have specific competence needs identified and delivered in a timely manner
