Candidate should have 10+ years of Functional experience in SAP CRM Sales, Service & Marketing functionalities with a minimum of 4 E2E implementation projects, support, and enhancement projects.
Should be able to lead design workshops, requirement gathering from business, providing the solutions to the new businesses as and when there is any new change in processes, should be able to handle the project, sub-project, and enhancements.
Must have experience in SAP CRM Service process along with CRM Billing, billing integration with ECC system. (E2E Service Process in SAP CRM)
Must have experience in SAP CRM Sales Processes (Activity Management, Lead Management & Opportunity Management) and provide the solutions to business as and when required.
Should be experienced in CTI integration with SAP system for the Interaction Center. Also, should be able to handle the issues raised between SAP to Non-SAP systems.
Good knowledge in CRM GENIL & BOL programming, component workbench and WEB UI enhancements
Knowledge in BADI’s BAPI/FM & Enhancement frameworks
