- The job holder should meet the following: Essential Graduate of a military service, or recognized civilian organization flight simulator training course, or graduated from a recognized university with a degree in Electrical Engineering or similar. Have extensive post-graduation experience working within a flight simulator maintenance organization and of which must be at shift supervisor level. Possess a thorough working knowledge of modern flight simulator technologies, and support with an emphasis on networked training devices.
