Job Description

  • Relationships within the OEM, EOC/KPC/KSA Industry, MODSAP and BAE Systems networks to facilitate bids and proposals and enhance our industrialisation effectiveness.
  • In conjunction with the other Industrialisation teams, establishment of framework to exploit KSA industrialisation opportunities throughout the BAESSA.
  • Performance management and reporting of GS&S, Engines and Local Manufacture Capability Insertion packages placed onto the OEMs and KSA supply chain ensuring that the project timelines, price and quality targets are achieved.
  • Responsible for the delivery of GS&S, Engines and Local Manufacture industrialisation capabilities and sub-contract management. This includes supplier management, solution development, deployment, financial management and reporting.
  • Responsible for managing the virtual teams across Training, UK Industrialisation Team and provide direction/support for the GS&S, Engines and Local Manufacture Industrialisation requirements across Training and cross-function Teams delivering industrialisation commitments and contracted work.
  • The day-to-day personnel management of the GS&S, Engines and Local Manufacture Industrialisation team.
