Job Description

  • Responsible for managing and performing Airworthiness Reviews (AR) on the RSAF Typhoon, including the aircraft’s continuing airworthiness (Part M) records.
  • Manage the establishment and maintenance of the Salam AR capability.
  • Lead and direct AR team members, in the execution of the AR Plan.
  • The jobholder is expected to operate to a standard of absolute integrity and professionalism, in the execution of their duties.
  • Obtain and maintain Form 4 qualification via M&CA assessment.
  • Generate, authorize and maintain AR procedures, plans and forms, which comply with M&CA AR requirements, the SSS contract and RSAF Instructions.
  • Perform documentation (Engineering Support System) and on-aircraft reviews.
  • Manage the resolution of all AR findings.
  • Issue or extend AR Certificates, or AR recommendation report, if authorized.
  • Liaise with all AR stakeholder organizations (AMO, Sqns, TTSS, DO, etc.)
  • Manage airworthiness review records.
  • Support CAME reviews, in particular Part 4 (Airworthiness Review).
  • Authorize monthly AR performance reports.
  • Act as the AR SME on Salam and professionally develop AR Surveyors.
