Job Description
- Providing technical advice on procurement, operation and maintenance.
- Monitoring performance, identifying trends and proposing remedial actions to resolve identified problems.
- Evaluating, advising on and monitoring provision of support equipment, AGE, publications and facilities.
- Reviewing proposals for modifications and developing modification and servicing programmes.
- Producing draft reports and letters to direct other agencies to resolve problems and implement RSAF policies.
- Acting as the focal point within the Directorate for all Simulator and training device matters and co-ordinating responses and actions with other specialists as required.
- Advising and assisting other RSAF departments and specialists as required. Reviewing statements of work for facilities to support simulators and training devices.
- Advising on RSAF and contractor manning requirements for operation and maintenance.
