This position will be part of the Amazon Logistics Extra Large Team (AMXL) where you will be working to build a new national delivery network by integrating local delivery company networks with Amazon technology.

As a Operations Lead you will be responsible for managing operational metrics for partner carriers at delivery sites improving delivery quality adding services ensuring safety and ensuring regulatory compliance while strengthening relationships of trust with partners.
- Building trusting relationships with new delivery partners
- Frequently visit delivery sites
- Support delivery partners to achieve contract delivery quality
- Achieving continuity (profitability) of Amazon delivery business for delivery partners
- Implement measures to improve driver safety work environment and motivation
- Support the site management team reach the teams operational targets and reflect the voices of delivery partners and drivers in operations
- Coordination to resolve issues with delivery partners
- Thorough delivery of SOP standards
- Support for achieving medium- to long-term customer experience
- Work on a flexible schedule/shift
A day in the life
1日は毎朝リモート前日の品質レビューから始まります品質レビューは毎日に加えて週例月例で実施してネットワーク全体のレビューで報告します
次にネットワーク拡張のためにトポロジーチームとのミーティングです拡張エリアの決定をしますトポロジーチームがあなたのインプットに基づき最適なネットワークを設計してくれます
日々のスムーズな運営安全性の確保UTR/OTRアソシエイトエクスペリエンスと顧客エクスペリエンスを担当していただきますまた新しいドライバーとDSPのオンボーディングも担当していただきます
Each day begins with a remote quality review from the previous day. Quality reviews are conducted daily weekly and monthly and are reported in network-wide reviews.
Next is a meeting with the topology team to expand the network. Decide on the expansion area. Our topology team will design the optimal network based on your input.
You will be resonsible for day to day smooth operations ensuring safety UTR/OTR associate experience and customer experience. You will also responsible for onboarding new drivers and DSPs.

- Speak write and read fluently in Japanese at a business level or above (N1)
- 2 years of operations management experience
- Knowledge of Excel
- Speak write and read fluently in Japanese
- Bachelors degree
